    The Reduction catalyst ball is manufactured as an exquisite ball of 5 by combining the metal Mg, natural mineral powder and the multiporous material zeolite (160meq or more).

    1. Reduction catalyst ball

    The Reduction catalyst ball is manufactured as an exquisite ball of 5 by combining the metal Mg, natural mineral powder and the multiporous material zeolite (160meq or more).
    One of the features of the reduction catalyst ball is to induce the alkali catalyst function to be strengthened by preventing the elution of magnesium hydroxide which is the phenomenon of white residue formation created through a reaction with water (H2O) and by making the generated magnesium hydroxide recombine with Mg.
    Thus, hydrogen (H-H+ H2) generation is done continuously even without washing during the period of use.

    2. Features of magnesium (Mg) by kind
    Round granule (1.6-2.2mm) : Produced by reprocessing with 99.28% Mg in order to broaden the use of pure magnesium (Mg) and widen the surface force
    Raw granule (3x4mm) : Produced by scraping out pure magnesium (Ingot Purity 99.96%) at a fixed width and length with special equipment
    Magnesium (Mg) ball (3¨ª) : Produced as a round shape ball of 99.88% Mg by processing pure magnesium with a pressure bar and then cutting it at an interval of 3mm

     

    3. Coating on magnesium

    It is the method converting to an alkali catalyst function by combining with Mg inside the coated area lest magnesium should be dissolved in water as magnesium hydroxide is generated by special coating of mineral powder and inorganic liquid on the surface of magnesium.
    It blocks the elution of magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)2) which is the phenomenon of white residue formation created with hydrogen H(H+H2) by Mg and makes to have the alkali catalyst function by making it recombine with Mg.
    It solves inconvenience as the interval of washing to be done periodically is prolonged by a month.
